Update: Found the original…weird. Here’s my original words of wisdom:
Ah, lucky number 13. I know this was an exceedingly verbose issue. I ha to make up for last weeks utter lack of dialogue. It’s advancing the story, ever so slightly.
I hope you all realize that that last panel is indeed Pedro and Ivan…but transphormed. Why? How? And who is this character who claims not to be Evil David? What is going on? So many questions! So few answers!
Incidentally, I do know someone in real life who rips his clothes for emphasis…what a loser.

Pedro usually dresses like that. Haven’t you ever seen him when he comes into work before changing into his white jumpsuit? He usually doesn’t leave the mask on though, supposedly it makes it hard to see, but I think it would dissuade people from messing with you.
