Boom!  How do you like my color pencil technique.  Impressive, no?  I was going to make Moon Woman’s costume pink, but I don’t have a pink pencil.  Then I thought, “Hmmm, how about purple?”  But guess what–I didn’t find the purple pencil until after I had already colored her red (but notice the purple lining of her boots.)

I’ve met the real Pedro’s real parents and I gotta say, that’s pretty much what they look like.  Except that his mom has much bigger knockers, but I didn’t have enough ink.  Haha!  Woo, I’m on a roll tonight, baby!

Anyway, click the picture to see it in its full glory.  Click here to see last week’s episode and here to start at el beginingo!  And here for next issue.

Ok, another guest comic.  Some may say I’m lazy, but I would say…I agree.  Oh well.  I thought it would be fitting for Evil David to illustrate his own origin story.  It’s a very moving piece, if you ask me.

Anyway, click the picture for a larger version (definitely necessary to see all the beauty in the artwork), click here to start at the beginning, click here to go to last week, etc.  Here for the next exciting issue (in full color, no less!)

Whoa, can you hear that fourth wall come crashing down!  Can you believe we’ve gotten to issue TWENTY?!  MADNESS, I tell you!

Anyway, I realize this issue isn’t particularly amusing, but it’s necessary to push the plot along.  So, please, hold the hate mail and pitchforks til next time.

Blah, blah, blah here.  Yadda, yadda, yadda here.

Ok, so this is the first issue in a long-promised-honest-to-goodness story.

PS Evil David is supposed to be holding a blood-bag in those panels.

PPS I have no idea what is up with Pedro’s hair…oh well.

PPPS Click on the pic for a bigger version.  Click here for last issue, and here for the first (bet you didn’t know I was going to say that, did you?)

Anaconda Industries 018: Dreams

October 19th, 2009

Whew, I’m back!  You definitely have to read last week’s strip to understand this one.  Not that it’s deep or anything like that.  No siree, we just do quick, get-in-and-get-out jokes here.  Nothing deep or thought-provoking, thank you very much!

Anyway, as per usual, click the picture for a big version, click here for last week’s (like I said, a MUST read to understand today’s) and here for the very, very first issue.  And here for the next.

Anaconda Industries 017: Guests

October 12th, 2009

So, I’m sure you’re wondering what’s up with the new art style.  Well, what I have here are two different strips by two very promising artists.  The top one was done by our very own Pedro.  It is pen and ink on sticky note.  It depicts Evil David jumping on the Boss.

The second strip was done by none other than Evil David himself.  It is ballpoint pen on the back of a scrap piece of paper.  It depicts him and his Evil Cat yelling at me for being too lazy to make a strip this week.  I’m sure I have a good excuse for not writing/drawing this week…

Anyway, click on the picture in order to gaze more fully upon these two works of art.  Click here for last week’s strip or click here to start at the beginning.  Oh, yeah, and here for the next strip.

So, I have it on good authority that the REAL Evil David used to have a ‘fro.  Also, I couldn’t think of anything witty/humorous/etc. to write this week.  So, you’re getting a glimpse into the past.  Well, the future for us, but the past for the characters in the strip.

Anyway, I hope you enjoy.  But, I don’t really care if you don’t.

Click here for last week’s strip and here for the first one.

Ok, so this issue was suggested by our very own Ivan.  Yes, this is a true story.

You may notice that I tried out a smaller font.  I was reading the first couple of issues of The Blackest Night–which my brother lent me–and noticed how small the words were, yet I was able to read them just fine without the use of high-tech optics!  Amazing!  So, I decided to give it a shot…That’s the first comic I’ve read since starting Anaconda Industries, and it’s funny the things you notice when you’re doing them yourself (like font size).

Anyway, if you can’t read a word that’s being said, feel free to click on the picture for a larger view!  Also, click here for last week’s exciting issue and over………………..there for the very first issue ever!  (Number one’s always a collector’s issue.)  And here for next issue.

Anaconda Industries 014: Rules

September 21st, 2009

Yeah…so, for some reason, I’m not loving this issue.  Sorry.  I do like the new guy’s mustache, though.

This was a tough one for me.  I’ve had the punchline rolling around in my head for a couple of months, but when I finally sat down to put it on paper, I just couldn’t get the set-up to flow.  In fact, I only had three lines written until about three hours ago when I decided I just had to go with whatever came out.  Oh well.  You get what you pay for, and I haven’t seen one red cent, you cheap bozos!

I also had a heck of a time coming up with a subtitle–I was torn between “Change” and “Rules” and (obviously) ended up picking the latter.  Oh, the harsh life of a misunderstood genius!

Anyway, click the picture for a bigger view.  Click here for next week’s exciting episode!  Click here to start at the beginning and here for last week’s exciting episode.

Anaconda Industries 013: Existence

September 14th, 2009

The freakin’ internet just ate my post…I’m far too lazy to re-write it.  Insert your own humorous anecdote here.  As if anyone actually reads this anyway…

Update: Found the original…weird.  Here’s my original words of wisdom:

Ah, lucky number 13.  I know this was an exceedingly verbose issue.  I ha to make up for last weeks utter lack of dialogue. It’s advancing the story, ever so slightly.

I hope you all realize that that last panel is indeed Pedro and Ivan…but transphormed.  Why?  How?  And who is this character who claims not to be Evil David?  What is going on?  So many questions!  So few answers!

Incidentally, I do know someone in real life who rips his clothes for emphasis…what a loser.

Click the pic for a big version.  Here for last issue.  There for the first issue.  And over here for the next one.
